The Orchard

Sarita Orchard is located in sunny Central Otago, lower South Island. 

This is as far inland as you can get in New Zealand, making it the hottest, coldest and driest region in New Zealand. Central Otago is an area of extremes both of climate and landscape.

Cromwell sits on the shores of Lake Dunstan, surrounded by orchards, vineyards and golden brown mountains. Within easy driving distance of New Zealands most popular tourist destinations, it offers a host of leisure, sporting activities and the historic Heritage Precinct. In summer Lake Dunstan is the perfect spot for swimming, fishing, boating and water sports, winter allows access to five fantastic ski fields. The Highlands Motorsport Park is a short distance from the Orchard and is a popular visitor attraction with activities for the whole family.

Sarita Orchard is just outside Cromwell on State Highway 6, on the main road to Queenstown.
